Delhi court dismisses Satyendar Jain’s plea seeking transfer of cases

Former minister Satyendar Kumar Jain’s applications to transfer his money laundering and corruption cases to a different judge have been dismissed by a Delhi court. The court stated that Jain’s apprehension of bias had no merit and that transferring the case on flimsy grounds would not be allowed. The court also stated that allegations of bias are easy to claim but difficult to prove, and that the judge had been dealing with the matter properly and impartially.
