Chhattisgarh elderly woman shot dead in bank kiosk loot bid

Two unidentified assailants on a motorbike attempted to rob an SBI kiosk center in Bataikela village, Jashpur district. When the kiosk operator resisted, his 65-year-old grandmother intervened and was fatally shot by one of the assailants. The perpetrators fled into a nearby forest, leaving their bike behind. Police have launched a search operation to apprehend the suspects.
