Man throws his 2 kids, nephew into river, kills self in Karnataka

Tragedy struck near Korlahalli, Karnataka, as a man allegedly took his own life after throwing three young children into the Tungabhadra River. 40-year-old Manjunath Arakeri, reportedly struggling with alcohol dependence and marital discord, jumped from the Korlahalli bridge with his two children and nephew. A desperate search operation, aided by fire and emergency services, continued late into the night.
