Vietnam military plane crashes, two pilots rescued after 10 hours

Search teams in Vietnam have rescued two pilots who parachuted from their military plane before it crashed in the country’s mountainous central Highlands during bad weather, state media said Thursday. In 2023, a pilot was killed after a Russian-made Sukhoi SU-22 military fighter jet crashed in northern Vietnam during a training session.
