Kejriwal bungalow renovation row: HC allows PWD officials to raise grievance with Central Administrative Tribunal

The Delhi High Court has granted six PWD officials the liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) against show cause notices they received for alleged violations in the renovation of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s official residence. The high court ruled that the officials should have first approached the CAT instead of filing a writ petition before the single judge.
