Rahul vows caste census, removal of 50% quota cap

Addressing a rally in Simdega, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi pledged to implement a nationwide caste census and lift the 50% reservation cap if elected. He criticized the BJP for neglecting tribal communities and vowed to protect their rights over land, forests, and water. Gandhi also promised to increase reservation quotas in Jharkhand for STs, SCs, and OBCs.
