PRD officer beaten to death with iron rod by mentally unstable man in Uttar Pradesh

A PRD officer, Ramakant Tiwari, was tragically killed in Gorakhpur after being attacked by a mentally unstable man. Tiwari, stationed at Chitoni Bazaar, was struck repeatedly with an iron rod by Vipin Verma. Despite attempts to intervene, Tiwari succumbed to his injuries. Verma was apprehended at the scene and the weapon was seized by authorities.
