Grandmaster M Aravindh Chithambaram defeated Arjun Erigaisi in the Chennai Grand Masters chess tournament, ending Erigaisi’s unbeaten streak. Aravindh and Amin Tabatabaei are now half a point behind Erigaisi and Levon Aronian, who share the lead with four points each. In the Challengers category, Pranav V maintained his lead despite two consecutive draws.
