Himachal Pradesh fifth highest debt-stressed state, says deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri

The report of White Paper on state finances tabled in the Himachal Pradesh assembly on Thursday has revealed that every new child in the state is born with the debt burden of Rs 1,02,818 as the fiscal position of the state has become precarious.
