Book Rahul & Kharge for bid to mislead electorate: BJP

The BJP has filed a complaint with the Election Commission (EC) against Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge, alleging violation of the Model Code of Conduct during a Maharashtra election rally.
