Bajwa backs Rahul Gandhi’s demand for OBC quota

Justifying former Congress president and Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi’s demand for quota for Other Backward Classes (OBC) within the 33% of seats proposed to be reserved for women in the women’s reservation bill, Punjab leader of opposition Partap Singh Bajwa on Thursday said that it was the need of the hour.
