When Australia, West Indies refused to travel to Sri Lanka for ODI World Cup

India have informed the International Cricket Council (ICC) that they will not travel to Pakistan for the 2025 Champions Trophy due to security concerns. In response, Pakistan have threatened to withdraw from the tournament if it’s moved to a hybrid model. This is not the first geopolitically-instigated headache for the ICC.
