Kashmir receives season’s first snowfall

Kashmir’s upper regions saw the season’s first snowfall on Monday, while lower areas received rainfall, ending a 30-day dry spell. Light snow was recorded at Gulmarg and Sadhna Top, with snowfall in uninhabited areas. The snow and rain caused a significant drop in temperatures, signaling the arrival of winter.
