Cough sound can determine severity of COVID

COVID has several impact on the human body. A recent study has shed light on the link between cough and the severity of the infection. The findings of the study by IBEC and Hospital del Mar, with collaboration from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), CIBER-BBN and CIBERES, can help categorize COVID-19 patients as mild, moderate, or severe and to monitor patients with persistent COVID-19.
