Poland issues environmental permit for first nuclear power plant

Poland has granted environmental permit for its inaugural nuclear power plant, as reported by the state-run news agency PAP on Friday. Climate Minister Anna Moskwa provided this information. The General Directorate for Environmental Protection (GDOS) in Poland asserts that the construction and operation of the plant will not have detrimental effects on the environment.
