Delhi: Barapullah-III back on track – almost
Construction on the third phase of the Barapullah elevated road in New Delhi has resumed after being delayed by flooding. However, concerns have arisen regarding excess groundwater that could further delay the project. To address this issue, a system has been put in place to drain the groundwater every 15 minutes. The project aims to improve connectivity between Mayur Vihar-1 and Sarai Kale Khan, providing a signal-free route between east Delhi and AIIMS. The revised completion deadline for the project is next year.
