India to open U-19 World Cup campaign against Bangladesh

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule for the U-19 World Cup, which will take place in Sri Lanka from January 13 to February 4, 2023. India, the defending champions and five-time winners of the tournament, will begin their campaign against Bangladesh. The tournament will feature 16 teams divided into four groups, with the top three teams from each group progressing to the Super Six stage. The final will be held on February 4 at the Sinhalese Sports Club in Colombo. The U-19 World Cup provides a platform for young cricketers to showcase their skills.
