Modi to kick off BJP poll campaign in T on Sept 30

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address a public meeting in Mahbubnagar district on September 30, marking the beginning of the BJP’s campaign for the upcoming assembly elections in Telangana. The party is also considering holding another public meeting in either Kamareddy or Gajwel, the constituencies from where Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will be contesting. The BJP plans to boost morale by having Modi kick off the campaign and may announce its first list of candidates after his public meeting. Around 40 meetings are planned across the state, with various national leaders scheduled to attend.
