Implementation of PESA Act in tribal areas if AAP forms govt in Gujarat: Arvind Kejriwal

Aam Aadmi Party national convener and Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday promised implementation of the Constitution’s Fifth Schedule and the Panchayat (Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act (PESA Act) in the tribal regions of Gujarat if the party is voted to power in the state.
