UP ATS arrests man for spying for ISI in Lucknow

Special DG, law and order, Prashant Kumar said that the accused was working as a porter on contractual basis in Arunachal Pradesh army quarters. During the probe it surfaced that the accused met one Harleen Kaur over social media who is an ISI agent and later they began chatting on messenger.
