‘PM’s hatred for Telangana will ensure BJP loses poll deposits’

Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally in Telangana, BRS working president KT Rama Rao criticized Modi, calling him an inefficient and incompetent PM. KTR demanded an apology from Modi for insulting Telangana and urged him to clarify on water sharing and the national project status for a lift irrigation scheme. KTR also claimed that the BJP would lose deposit in 110 out of 119 seats in the upcoming assembly elections. The Krishna Water Disputes Tribunal rejected Andhra Pradesh’s plea against Telangana’s irrigation scheme, allowing Telangana to move forward with the project.
