South Africa’s anti-apartheid stalwart Aziz Pahad dies aged 82

Aziz Pahad, a South African politician and freedom struggle veteran, has passed away at the age of 82, following the death of his brother Essop Pahad. Aziz Pahad was a dedicated member of the African National Congress and served as a Member of Parliament and Deputy Minister for International Relations. Pahad was known for his advocacy on issues such as the Palestinian crisis and international terrorism. Funeral arrangements are yet to be announced.
