Aditya-L1 has escaped sphere of Earth’s influence: Isro

The Aditya-L1 spacecraft, launched by the Indian Space Research Organisation (Isro), has successfully escaped Earth’s influence and is now heading towards the Sun-Earth Lagrange Point 1. This is the second time Isro has achieved this feat, with the first being the Mars Orbiter Mission. Aditya-L1 is India’s first mission dedicated to studying the Sun and has seven payloads developed by Isro and academic institutes.
