‘Jawan’ actor Kenny Deori Basumatary jokes he can make 45 films in budget of one set in SRK-starrer

Assamese actor-filmmaker Kenny Deori Basumatary jokingly said he could make 45 films in his “Local Kung Fu” franchise with the budget of one set in Shah Rukh Khan’s film “Jawan”. Speaking at The Himalayan Film Festival, Basumatary also expressed temptation to take an expensive camera lens from other film sets. He emphasized the importance of a solid script, strong characters, and proper casting for budding filmmakers. Basumatary plans to work on the third film in his “Local Kung Fu” franchise and hopes to make a superhero film in the future.
