South Bombay building in a row over TAC report; HC says will examine effect of civic guidelines for unsafe premises

The Mehta Mahal building in South Mumbai is back in court as two sides debate whether it can be repaired or should be demolished. The Bombay high court will also consider the issue of a civic policy for unsafe buildings. There are currently seven different proceedings pending concerning Mehta Mahal.
