New weight loss procedure deemed safe by this country takes only 90 minutes!

The NHS in the UK has approved a new weight loss procedure called endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) for use in treating obesity. The procedure involves reducing the size of the stomach to limit the amount of food that can be eaten. Clinical trials have shown that 77% of participants lost 25% or more of their original weight a year after the procedure. Obesity is a growing public health crisis globally.
