Asiad: Swapna Barman alleges medal loss to transgender athlete

India’s Swapna Barman has accused a transgender athlete for losing her chance at a medal in the Hangzhou Asian Games. Barman, who won gold at the 2018 Jakarta Games, claimed she was awarded the bronze medal by a mere four points, while her compatriot Nandini Agasara won the bronze with a total of 5712 points. Barman has appealed for support on social media.
