TMC workers hold protests seeking MGNREGA dues

Members of Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress (TMC) party protested in Delhi against the non-payment of central dues to West Bengal. The TMC has accused the BJP-led government of withholding Rs 15,000 crore in dues under the MGNREGA and PM Awaas Yojana. The protest came after a two-hour dharna at Rajghat on Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary.
