Iranian girl critical in hospital after alleged encounter over hijab- activists

A 16-year-old Iranian girl, Armita Geravand, is in critical condition in a Tehran hospital after falling into a coma following a confrontation with agents in the metro for violating the hijab law, according to rights activists. Concerns have been raised that she may face a similar fate as Mahsa Amini, who died in a coma last year in the custody of morality police.
