Odisha erupted in joy as local boy Kishore Jena clinched silver medal with his personal best performance (87.54m) in men’s javelin at the ongoing Asian Games in China’s Hangzhou. Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday announced Rs 1.5 crore for the javelin star.
