After Bihar caste survey report, ex-BJP minister calls for population-control law

Former BJP minister Neeraj Kumar Singh has called for a population control law in response to the Bihar caste survey report, which stated that Muslims make up 17.70% of the population. Singh expressed concern over the growing population of the Muslim community, stating that if it continued, India would become “Mugalistan”. He argued that the government’s focus on development would be ineffective if the population boom continued.
