MoUs worth ₹18,850 cr inked at Delhi road show

The Uttarakhand government has signed seven MoUs worth Rs 18,850 crore during a roadshow for the Global Investor Summit 2023. The largest MoU, worth Rs 15,000 crore, was signed with JSW Neo Energy Limited for the development of two pumped storage projects. Other MoUs were signed with companies in the healthcare, technology, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. The chief minister also mentioned the appointment of investment facilitators and discussed the plans for the development of reservoirs, employment opportunities, and cooperation in various sectors. Proposals for over Rs 20,000 crore investment have already been received.
