MCC punishes members involved in spat with Australia cricketers at Lord’s

Marylebone Cricket Club on Thursday expelled one member and suspended two others following an ugly altercation with Australia players during the second Ashes Test against England at Lord’s on July 2. Australia had asked the MCC to investigate, having said its players had been ‘physically contacted’ as well as verbally abused.
