Tenant living rent-free at LA mansion won’t leave until owner pays $100,000

A homeowner in Los Angeles is facing difficulties getting a guest to vacate his mansion rented through Airbnb. The guest, Elizabeth Hirschhorn, stayed rent-free for six months and refused to leave unless the owner paid her a $100,000 relocation fee. The homeowner, Aleksandar Jovanovic, rented the mansion without proper registration and is now dealing with the consequences.
