US Open winner Coco Gauff advances to women’s quarter-finals in China Open

Coco Gauff, the US Open champion, advanced to the quarter-finals of the China Open in Beijing after defeating Veronika Kudermetova. Gauff faced a tough challenge in the first set but managed to win it in a tie-break. She then dominated the second set to secure the victory. Gauff will face Maria Sakkari in the next round.
