UK to examine Amazon and Microsoft’s cloud dominance

Britain’s media regulator, Ofcom, has requested an investigation by the country’s antitrust authority into the dominance of U.S. tech giants Amazon and Microsoft in the UK cloud market. Ofcom found that the features of these companies made it difficult for UK businesses to use multiple cloud suppliers.
