Kottayam passport seva kendra to reopen by October: MP Thomas Chazhikkadan

Kottayam Passport Seva Kendra in Kerala will reopen by the end of October this year, according to Member of Parliament Thomas Chazhikkadan. The decision was communicated to Chazhikkadan by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar. The operations were halted in February due to safety concerns raised by the Central Public Works Department. Chazhikkadan expressed his satisfaction with the progress and expects the new office to be fully functional by October.
