Prada and Axiom Space join forces to design NASA’s spacesuits

Italian luxury fashion brand Prada has partnered with Texas-based startup Axiom Space to design spacesuits for NASA’s Artemis III lunar mission in 2025. This collaboration marks the first time a fashion house has worked with a commercial space company on spacesuit design. Prada’s engineers will work with Axiom Space’s team to develop innovative materials and design features to protect astronauts in space. The Artemis III mission will be NASA’s first crewed lunar landing since 1972.
