US expels two Russian diplomats in retaliation

The Biden administration has expelled two Russian diplomats from the United States in response to Russia expelling two American diplomats from Moscow. The State Department took action after Russia declared the American diplomats persona non grata due to their contacts with a Russian national who had worked for the now-closed US consulate in Vladivostok.
