Shanghai businessman infused funds to disrupt nation’s unity: Cops

The Delhi Police’s special cell has filed a UAPA FIR against web portal NewsClick, naming businessman Neville Roy Singham and activist Gautam Navlakha as accused. Singham is accused of being an active member of the Communist Party of China’s propaganda department and infusing funds to disrupt India’s sovereignty. The FIR claims that Singham invested crores of rupees through shell companies, and alleges that NewsClick received fraudulent funds through illegal means.
