Traffic diversion in Chennai for World Cup cricket matches

The traffic police in Chennai have announced traffic diversions around M A Chidambaram Cricket Stadium on five different days due to World Cup matches. The diversions will be in effect from 12 noon to 8pm. Specific roads will be made one-way and there will be restrictions on entry and parking for vehicles with certain passes. MTC buses and vehicles without passes will also be diverted to alternative routes.
