Bhopal: Vendors & squatters take over 1,100 Quarters Road, choke traffic

Traffic congestion persists in the 1100 Quarters area of Bhopal due to encroachment by vendors and lack of parking facilities near the Hanuman temple. A study conducted by experts from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) identified these issues and proposed a plan to ease traffic movement. The study has been submitted to the Bhopal traffic police for necessary action. Traffic police will deploy officers to manage traffic during peak hours.
