How thieves stole from Indian Oil pipeline in Delhi

A man has been arrested in New Delhi after police discovered a 40-metre tunnel that had been dug to access oil pipes at an Indian Oil Corporation Limited facility. The robbers drilled holes in the pipeline and used a valve mechanism to insert a plastic pipe in order to steal the oil. The digging area was covered with hay to avoid suspicion. Police have recovered equipment used for the theft.
