Israel thanks India after ‘India is with Israel’ trends on social media amid Hamas attacks

Israel has expressed gratitude to India for their support following the recent attacks by Hamas. The hashtag “India is with Israel” trended on social media platform ‘X’, and Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Digital Diplomacy team thanked India for its solidarity. Israeli Ambassador to India, Naor Gilon, also appreciated India’s moral support. The attacks by Hamas have resulted in numerous casualties, with over 100 people killed and 908 injured. Hamas has reportedly taken Israelis as hostages in the Gaza Strip. Israeli troops are working to secure affected areas and scan everyone for safety.
