Parties competing with each other to be main opposition of DMK: Udhayanidhi Stalin

Tamil Nadu sports minister Udhayanidhi Stalin stated that opposition parties are vying to become the principal opposition party of the DMK. He responded to BJP state president K Annamalai’s claim that the 2024 election would be a contest between the BJP and DMK. Udhayanidhi affirmed that the DMK is prepared to face any party, including the BJP, under the guidance of Chief Minister M K Stalin. He also criticized the BJP for diverting attention from corruption charges by speaking about Sanatana Dharma. Additionally, Udhayanidhi accused Governor R N Ravi of engaging in politics instead of performing official duties.
