Meth trail in India traced to man with D-gang ties in Pakistan

Indian narcotics authorities have traced the methamphetamine trail in the country to Karachi, Pakistan, where a man named Haji Salim, suspected to have connections with the ISI and Dawood Ibrahim’s D-company, operates an illegal empire of drugs. Salim, who is believed to be backed by the Afghan drug mafia and Pakistani security agencies, is considered the kingpin behind narcotics smuggling into India, Sri Lanka, and African countries.
