This couple’s chemistry saved their pharma firm

Pharma company Fourrts (India) Laboratories Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Chennai, has experienced significant growth under the leadership of S V Veeramani and his wife Radha. Radha joined the company in the late 1980s and played a crucial role in turning around its financial situation. With Veeramani’s marketing skills and Radha’s financial insights, the company’s revenue increased from ₹1 crore in 1990 to ₹700 crore in FY23. Fourrts manufactures its own brand of pharmaceutical products and exports to over 50 countries. The company plans to expand its facilities and target a revenue of ₹1,000 crore by FY25.
