Atlee on wanting to make a Rs. 3000 crore collection movie

Director Atlee, known for his successful collaborations with Vijay in Tamil cinema, made his Bollywood debut with the film ‘Jawan’ starring Shah Rukh Khan. The film has grossed over Rs 1000 crore at the box office, making it the first Tamil director’s film to achieve this milestone. Atlee expressed his desire to make a film that will surpass Rs 3000 crore. He credits Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan for believing in him and giving him the opportunity to direct them. Atlee plans to work on a new movie with Vijay, and there are rumors of Shah Rukh Khan also being a part of it. The director is currently on a break and will start scripting for his next film next year. He has also been offered opportunities to direct in Hollywood.
