UP’s new jail manual promises quicker release of prisoners after bail

Sweet dishes kheer and ‘sewaiyan’ will also be made in the jail during festivals. On Hindu festivals, kheer would be made while ‘sewaiyan’ will be prepared on Muslim festivals besides arrangements of dates and fruits.
