Cong supports nationwide caste census: Rahul

The Congress Working Committee has unanimously decided to support the idea of a caste census in India. Former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi stated that the census is a progressive step for the emancipation of the poor and is necessary for the development of the country. Rahul criticized Prime Minister Modi for being incapable of conducting the census and alleged that he works to distract the OBCs from important issues.
